A. Most of the items sold by us are shipped from the USA, while few although imported from USA are shipped from our hub in India. Since the product is imported for you, we require 2-3 weeks to deliver the item to you. Certain items may require a longer lead time. We will inform you in advance if your order requires additional time for delivery. Once the item is custom cleared it will be handed over to a local courier partner like Bluedart or Fedex for domestic shipping in India. We will provide you either a domestic courier tracking number or a docket number so you can track the status of your item. Please contact us if you do not receive your item in the stipulated timeframe. We partner with various domestic courier companies like Bluedart, Fedex etc to serve our customers PAN India. BlueDart is our preferred courier partner as they provide the best service in India. If your area is so remote that it is not served by any courier in our network we may ask you to provide an alternative address for delivery or may cancel your order. Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you receive damaged or defective product we will provide you a refund or replacement. We will either arrange a free pickup or re-imburse you for courier charges in such cases. Return shipping for any other reason are buyer responsibility. Please note that the following cases are NOT eligible for return or replacement:- Damages due to misuse of product.- Any beauty, health care or personal care item (such as wigs) in opened or used condition.- Any product that is returned without the original packaging, including the box and all other items originally included with the product.- Return for convenience or wrong product selection by buyer. As the item is imported from USA, Return for credits are subject to a 20% processing fee plus the actual cost of shipping (although all our products are listed as free shipping as the shipping cost of min. Rs. 700 included in the item cost). This amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund.Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.If not it is subject to 10% additional restocking fees.Any return request need to be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that items are imported from USA, therefore return is not possible in all cases. Jagzee reserves the right to decline a return or replacement request.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Any cancellation request must be submitted via email through the Amazon messaging system within 24 hours after your order placed. Jagzee will not entertain any requests for cancellation after 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed and is in transit, we may not be able to cancel it.
Q. Since the item is shipped from USA, is there any special voltage requirement for the electronic product?
A. The voltage standard in the United States is 110v-120v and in India it is 220v-240v. As we import our products from the United States these products may come with a standard US voltage, depending on the product and manufacturer. We advise you to check the voltage of the product prior to plugging in the item. If you are unsure, you can also contact us and we will obtain the information for you. If your product is 110v, you must purchase a step-down voltage converter which can be purchased at our Amazon Store or any local electrical store in your area. Jagzee is not responsible for any electrical damages, failures, loss of performance of such products and/or their accessories.
Q. What video format do you sell?
A.Some of our items are NTSC whereas others are PAL/NTSC. If the item is NTSC then you will require a PAL to NTSC converter for use in India. If you are not sure please check with us about the particular item that you are interested in. Jagzee is not responsible for any technical failures, loss of performance of such products and/ or their accessories.
